Kristin and David - A hot summer day!

Summer.  It can be kinda hot in Utah in the summer.  And this particular Saturday in June was no different. HOT.  But I am getting ahead of myself.  The morning of the wedding was pretty cool, actually.  The families and friends gathered for a wonderful breakfast in Draper at the Christopher's Steak House.  David is from South America, so there was plenty of flavor in the program.  It was a great presentation and a wonderful way to bring two families together.
Then, it was off to the Mt. Timpanogos Temple in American Fork, UT.  This is where we start talking about the heat.  It was hot.  Not only were the bridesmaids hot, we all were hot!  But it was a beautiful day to be at the temple for the wedding of Kristin and David.
The reception was held at the Alpine Art Center.  A really pretty place for a reception.  And this was some party. Dancing, music, lots of fun.  More receptions should try to be this fun!  It was a wonderful night to celebrate the new couple!
Oh, and I had to throw this one in the mix... diehard soccer (football) fans!
And, yes, bowties are cool!
It was a great night, a perfect ending to a wonderful day!  Congrats to Kristin and David.
