A year in review - BFF Fall parties

One of the fun things I offer is what I call the BFF Photo Party.  You get up to four of your best friends together, bring a few fun outfits, and come to the studio.  I provide the pizza and some soft drinks, along with the music and have a great hour of fun.  BFF Photo Parties are good for anyone, but the teenaged girls LOVE them.  This is a great way to get to know me as a photographer and create a good relationship as I do their Senior Photos.

Its getting closer to Senior Photo time... contact me about your own BFF party!  I'll get the pizza!

A year in review - Almost September 2012

This shoot was really the last day or two of August, but we will let it slide for an early September blog entry.  I had a call from Gregorio.  He said that he was looking for a limousine tour of the cool photo locations of Salt Lake City and was looking for a photographer to tag along to take fun pictures of him and his fiance'. This threw me for a bit of a loop, but after a few minutes of talking we figured it out.  He was getting married the next morning to Sandra at the Justice of the Peace, then taking off to California for the honeymoon.  He wanted nice "wedding/formal" pictures before they left, but would not have anytime after the wedding.  That sounded like a fun idea...so we met at a hotel, with the limo waiting outside, and off we went.

A year in review - August 2012

It seemed like August would never come.  I had been working with my August wedding couple for months, getting ready and just having a blast.  Kayla and Brian Kingery are just plain fun people.  Our engagement session was a great session at the old Sinclair station in American Fork, UT.  Kayla did her bridals at the Morinda Gardens in Provo, UT.  We did a formals session before the wedding to save on wedding day stress at the Mt. Timpanogos Temple, but we had to work around the fact that the building was under a refinishing job.  Finally, the wedding day did come and these two friends were able to call it good!
You would think that the marriage was sponsored by Coke.  Too bad they didn't help out. :)
Better explain this one... the cut out girl is a sister that is serving an LDS mission... so do the next best thing.
Brian had planned the most unique garter toss event... they captured it on video... here is the link.
